LIDC CHAIR TRAILBLAZER FOR WOMEN IN BUSINESS

LIDC's Chair, Phyllis Hill Slater, was invited to serve as a panelist at the National Women's Business Council 'Journey to 30' Anniversary Celebration Breakfast held in Washington, D.C. Phyllis is considered to be a 'Trailblazer' helping to launch the historic legislation; The Women’s Business Ownership Act HR 5050, signed into law by President Ronald Reagan on October 25th, 1968.
